We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Account Manager to join us at Herts FullStop, a trading division of Hertfordshire County Council, to engage with and build our customer base by promoting our services and products.
The role requires you to manage a territory and group of customers whilst achieving company objectives and delivering excellent customer service. You will have strong business acumen and solid negotiating skills and be able to work on your own initiative
You will be reporting to Customer Account Team Leader providing account management progress updates, business support and field intelligence. This role is strategical and requires extensive knowledge of the educational market including, but not limited to stationary, cleaning and curriculum based products. You will also have a good understanding of ICT and a willingness to learn new systems.
Closing Date: 26th August 2018
Interview Date: TBC and will consist of first and second stage interview will include a 30/60/90 day presentation
